We hired Daniel and his team to dig up and re-pour footers that a previous company Tanenbaum Services poured just days before, and didn’t adhere to the Boone County code for footers, 30-inches deep. He worked us in as an urgent job, since our garage building was suppose to be built on site in the next few days. When he dug up the previous footers, we were shocked to find that Tanenbaum poured the footers anywhere from 6 inches to 8 inches, and they didn’t even remove the forms. They just covered them up. Daniel poured the new footers at 30 inches, by code. We learned the hard way, to not go by what you see above the ground only!! Photos below showing what Tanenbaum did.

We’ve always wanted a covered porch on the front of the house and Domain Development helped us to finally bring that vision to fruition. Josh was able to sketch out the idea that was living in my head and then he and the Domain Development team brought it to life. We are absolutely thrilled with the result! They were so great to work with, they were flexible with decision making throughout the process, and the quality of the work is outstanding. I would give 10 stars if it was an option – highly recommend! (We’re planning to install a metal roof which is not in the DD wheelhouse, hence the tar paper until the roofing company gets here.) We’ve already reached back out to them about another project. There’s a reason these guys are so busy, but they are worth the wait to know that the project will be done right and you’ll love the results!

I contacted Eli with Domain Development to put in a foundation for a new backyard shed on a slightly sloped hill. He was very friendly and easy to work with, and answered all my questions. He built us a foundation that both looks good and is very sturdy, with good drainage, and then landscaped the ground around it. The foundation will probably outlive us all.

WOW! Domain Development built such a beautiful retaining wall, landscape and trees project for us! The team was so professional, nice and great to work with. The entire team worked every day, all day until the project was completed. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team and the beautiful quality of work that they did for us. The end result looks awesome and they managed the project from start to finish with clear communication and efficiency. We have recommended them to several families/friends. Project 1: Domain was great to work with from beginning to end. Communication was easy. Their team spent quality time well in advance to breaking ground and answered all of our questions patiently. Their concrete work has provided added function to our backyard; looks great too.

Contact and associates from domain development. Set up an appointment they came out .showed him what I wanted done . Did an excellent job . The crew came out and went straight to work. Did a even better job than I thought it would be. it was a lot of work that needed to be done the 1600 ft fence line that was grown up like a jungle . Half was on a very steep hill with huge trees . Now I can drive up it . before I could barely walk up it . Excellent excellent work even did a call back to let me know if anything wasn’t to my liking they’d come back .
